The present land resources and estate management are viewed
as our advantageous resources. Our aim of strategy is to develop
and build Zhonghua Road Business District. We have a plan called
ˇ°Three Two Oneˇ±, namely, a basic growth will be achieved within
THREE years; TWO ways of development are to activate the present
asset management and to add new profit-lasting estate as well
as new projects; ONE densely-distributed business area will
be formed that contains big business, big market, big recreation,
big food & beverage and entertainment. All this will make
Huanan become an enterprise which can make profits continuously,
resist risks, balance investment and production, be competitive
and increase profits by degrees continuously. We will try to
shift our enterprise from the present resource advantage to
capital advantage, and build a basic frame of a large modern
business group in order to make our enterprise bigger, stronger
and richer.
