¡¡¡¡Dalian Huanan International Economy and Technology Cooperation Company is affiliated with Dalian Huanan Group Limited Liability Company. It is an enterprise qualified, by PRC Commerce Ministry in 1994, as an independent body corporate and having the right for foreign business. It is one of the windows through which to deal in and manage the businesses of Dalian foreign economy and technology cooperation.
¡¡¡¡Since the company was established in 1994, sticking to the policy of ¡°Credit, Quality, Efficiency and Profit¡± and based on equality and mutual benefit, the company has established in Japan and Russia the cooperation such as study and research, labor services, and construction projects, especially, the rapid development of sending students to Japan for further studies or research. Every year more than 400 people are sent to Japan to learn the skills, such as mechanical process, electrical and gas welding, founding, impact extrusion, civil engineering, aquatic product process, food process, agriculture, stockbreeding, sewing, electronic and electrical appliance assembling, automobile parts assembling, plastic molding, decoration, interflow of goods and materials, and packaging. Our company has a system to guarantee quality of the people sent abroad from the process of selecting people, training and procedures to go abroad to the management abroad. Thus, both the people to Japan and the cooperative partners are satisfied. Our company, therefore, enjoys great fame in international learning and labor market. Our company gives top priority to contracts and always keeps our promises and we strictly follow the state¡¯s laws, rules and regulations for our business. The company was awarded, by Dalian Foreign Trade Cooperation Bureau, for advanced unit of Dalian foreign trade. At the end of 1997, our company joined the China¡¯s Sino-Japanese Learners¡¯ cooperative institution and in 2003 it became a council member of this institution. In May, 2005, Chinese quality inspection association approves our company to accord with the state¡¯s quality administration system ISO9001:2000. Since the company was founded it has sent over 3,000 trainees to Japan, many of whom have not only earned considerable amount of income but also have learned Japanese advanced technology, had good command of Japanese language, improved themselves, and broadened their views. At the same time, they have also laid a solid foundation for later work at home.
