that starts and builds Zhonghua Road Business District, one
of the 5 big city-level business districts. It has its own land
of 1.35 square kilometers, covering nearly 40% of the total
planned area of Zhonghua Road Business District.
It is programmed that the construction area of Zhonghua Road
Business District is 3.4 square kilometers. It is located at
the joint of Huadong Road and Zhonghua West Road and is regarded
as the core of northern Dalian urban area.
